Prepared delicious, nutritious meals from scratch that brought comfort and enjoyment to Residents
Cooked in batches and managed multiple stations to ensure meals were served on time and at the right temperature
Created meals that followed Residents’ dietary needs and texture modifications, always using standardized recipes and safe practices
Ensured the kitchen was kept clean, safe, and sanitary by practicing strong food safety habits, from handwashing to routine cleaning and sanitizing
Checked and recorded food temperatures to ensure compliance with policies, Public Health regulations, and MOH guidelines
Safely operated, cleaned, and maintained kitchen equipment to keep everything in excellent working order
Contributed to special events like holiday dinners or summer barbecues that brought Residents and families together
And supported your team as needed.
When you apply, if you have your credentials, we will try our best to reach out to you within the week (hopefully within a few days). When you’re eligible with us for benefits, you can expect a variety of them:
Flexibility in shift scheduling to support your home life

Pension/RRSP matching
And many Company Events like our annual recognition parties, team theme parties, lunches, outings, and paid days off
We prioritize promoting from within and support our employees' educational needs because we care for the team we have put together. We come to our workplace each day understanding that we are entering our Residents' Home, and we are there to support them. While we don't take ourselves seriously, we take our jobs seriously and love to have fun with each other and the Residents!
