Follow recipes, presentation standards, and dietary requirements with precision and accuracy. Craft dishes that honor local ingredients, reflecting both sustainability and a sense of place. Operational Excellence Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, with strong technical expertise. Uphold HACCP, FOODSAFE, and sanitation standards; maintain a spotless, well-organized station. Complete tasks methodically, ensuring quality and timeliness in every service period.
