Job Description
Diagnose and repair complex automation and control system failures.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, servo, VFD, and motion control systems.
Modify PLC and HMI programs under engineering guidelines.
Perform advanced electrical and controls troubleshooting.
Support robotic programming, maintenance, and optimization.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and automation projects.
Maintain industrial communication networks.
Analyze downtime events and implement corrective actions.
Train operators and maintenance personnel on equipment operation.
Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
Must abide by all Larson/FBIN policies.
