Job DescriptionJob Description Controller Location: Mississauga, ON Hybrid: 3 Days In Office | 2 Days Remote We're looking for a Controller who is passionate about driving operational excellence, improving processes, and leveraging technology to build a best-in-class finance function. If you bring a strong technical accounting foundation, Big 4 experience, and a systems mindset, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead the month-end and year-end close process. Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure IFRS compliance. Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, and day-to-day accounting operations. Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reporting, and operational efficiency. Mentor and support the accounting team while fostering continuous improvement. What We're Looking For CPA designation. 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Experience gained within a Big 4 accounting firm, combined with industry experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS (US GAAP is an asset). Proven experience leading month-end close in a multi-entity environment. Strong background in accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Highly tech-savvy with a passion for improving systems and processes. Innovative, proactive, and comfortable driving change. Experience partnering closely with operations to improve business performance. Ability to work onsite in Mississauga three days per week.
