Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Controller provides leadership across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow oversight, internal controls, and audit coordination.The Controller serves as a key finance leader within the organization, supporting operational leaders, strengthening financial processes, and ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), internal policies, and regulatory requirements.What You Bring Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. 5-7 years progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of ASPE financial reporting requirements. Experience overseeing multi-entity or complex organizational structures considered an asset. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools required; NetSuite experience considered an asset.
