Job Description
Guidehealth is seeking a Contract Recruiter with healthcare recruiting experience to support high-volume and professional hiring needs across our growing organization. This role will partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and People Team stakeholders to identify, engage, assess, and move qualified candidates through the recruiting process.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in healthcare, understands the importance of compliance and candidate experience, and can balance speed, quality, and thoughtful judgment in a fast-moving remote environment.
This is a contract role and is ideal for someone who can quickly build trust, manage multiple requisitions, and help deliver a strong, human-centered hiring experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned healthcare, operations, customer service, clinical, administrative, and/or shared services roles.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
Sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates using a structured, competency-based approach.
Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, talent communities, and other recruiting channels.
Ensuring candidates receive timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
Evaluating candidate qualifications, healthcare experience, licensure or credentialing requirements, and alignment with role expectations.
Supporting high-volume hiring efforts while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Coordinating interview processes and helping hiring teams provide timely feedback.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate, requisition, and hiring activity records in the applicant tracking system.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify process improvements, remove bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes.
Using available technology, tools, and AI-supported workflows responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining human oversight and sound recruiting judgment.
Supporting Guidehealth’s commitment to equitable, compliant, and values-aligned hiring practices.
