For our branch in Atyrau we are looking for Contract Administrator Main Tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files, contract registers, correspondence, and documentation, including variations, claims, notices, payments, deliverables, and key dates. Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, notices, and deadlines. Draft and review contractual correspondence, notices, letters, and submissions, ensure that contractual communications are properly followed up. Support the Project Manager and Project Team in day-to-day contract administration and with contract-related documentation and payment administration. Review project documentation, identify and escalate potential contractual risks, obligations, deviations, including cost impact, delays, disputes, or non-compliance to the relevant manager. Support the preparation, review, and administration of contract amendments and variations. Assist with the preparation and tracking of claims, extensions of time, and other contractual matters. Coordinate with client, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams. Monitor compliance with contractual procedures and reporting requirements. Assist with project change control and maintain appropriate records of approved and pending changes. Support contract close-out, including final documentation, outstanding obligations, and lessons learned. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive contractual information. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Project Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in contract administration Experience working in a project-based environment. Good understanding of contractual principles, procedures, and documentation. Experience with variations, claims, notices, correspondence, and contract registers. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent organizational and document management skills. Fluent English; High attention to detail and accuracy.
