Job DescriptionJob Description Location: Toronto or Vaughan, ON Pay Rate: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, Regular Office Hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Interview Process: Virtual About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Content Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month contract . This position plays an important role in supporting a leading Canadian online grocery platform by ensuring product information and digital content are accurate, engaging, and optimized for customers. Working closely with the Site Merchandising team, you will coordinate digital content, manage product information, source vendor assets, and maintain high-quality online product pages. Key Responsibilities Source, edit, organize, and manage digital product images and assets. Review, proofread, and edit product content for grammar, consistency, and accuracy, including product names, ingredients, and nutritional information. Process and maintain product images within internal systems. Coordinate website content and product updates to support promotional campaigns and vendor initiatives. Manage vendor content submissions and ensure timely publication. Analyze existing content and identify opportunities for improvements and content reuse. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure content meets quality standards and project deadlines. Maintain organized digital assets and ensure content consistency across online platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, College Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills, including image editing, resizing, and basic graphic creation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with vendors and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (French) is considered an asset. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with PIM/STIBO product information management systems. Previous experience supporting e-commerce or digital merchandising environments.
