Construction Supervisor (Civil Works) Location: Site Based; 28/28 (open in 4 locations - Beineu/Bozoi/Kyzylorda/Turkistan) Project: Pipeline Construction Project Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities on site. Oversee ROW preparation, temporary access roads, construction sites, and temporary facilities. Monitor trenching, backfilling, grading, earthworks, and land restoration activities. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, AFC documentation, specifications, and project procedures. Verify compliance with Method Statements, ITPs, and project requirements. Coordinate activities of contractors and subcontractors. Monitor surveying activities and as-built surveys. Participate in inspections and work acceptance with QA/QC, Engineering, and Client representatives. Track and ensure timely closure of NCRs, punch list items, and corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Support preparation of as-built documentation and project close-out packages. Report construction risks, deviations, and critical issues to management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in linear infrastructure, pipeline, or oil & gas construction projects. At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, or in a similar role. Good knowledge of Kazakhstan construction regulations, standards, and industry practices. Experience working with engineering drawings, project specifications, Method Statements, ITPs, and turnover documentation. Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Experience working with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary construction teams is preferred.
