Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence, safety, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety programs and policies. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, state, and federal safety regulations. Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters on-site.
