You will play a critical, hands-on role in the successful delivery of capital projects—ranging from renovations and refreshes to new builds—ensuring they are executed with technical excellence, safety, and fiscal discipline.
This position is central to bringing physical spaces to life. You will lead construction delivery across the full lifecycle—from pre-construction planning and tendering through to deficiencies, commissioning, and turnover—working closely with Project Delivery and Design teams to ensure alignment with governance, stakeholder expectations, and overall program objectives.
Leveraging Turner & Townsend’s global expertise and best practices, you will provide strong technical leadership, oversee contractors and vendors, and uphold rigorous standards in quality, safety, and financial management to deliver high-performing, future-ready environments.
