Highrise Restoration Inc. is a growing general contracting company specialising in building envelope, parking garage, balcony, facade, waterproofing, and capital restoration projects for condominium, apartment, townhouse, and commercial properties. We are known for reliable execution, technical precision, and a team-first approach that keeps projects moving forward. We are looking for an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our team in Mississauga. This is an intermediate-level role for someone who can review drawings, specifications, and site conditions, then prepare accurate and competitive estimates that can be executed efficiently in the field. This is not an emergency restoration role. Our work focuses on large-scale capital restoration projects, including balcony repairs, facade restoration, sealant replacement, concrete repair, parking garage restoration, heated ramp repairs, roof deck waterproofing, foundation waterproofing, and related building restoration scopes. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess existing conditions Build accurate cost breakdowns using Excel and estimating tools Source, review, and compare pricing from subcontractors and suppliers Support tendering activities, scope development, and supporting documentation Coordinate with project managers and leadership for smooth project handovers Maintain labour, material, subcontractor, and vendor cost information Clearly communicate estimate assumptions, exclusions, risks, and recommendations Stay open to learning and adopting new estimating technologies, including AI-supported tools Qualifications Approximately 5 years of construction or restoration estimating experience Experience with building envelope, concrete repair, masonry, waterproofing, facade, balcony, or parking garage restoration preferred Strong ability to read drawings, specifications, and tender documents Advanced Excel skills Strong organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and ability to attend site visits Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, accountable, honest, and professional approach Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Canada.
