Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Director to provide senior leadership across its portfolio of work supporting the Pickering Nuclear Refurbishment program. This is a high-level leadership position responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approximately 40 projects, with several major projects currently underway and additional large projects expected. Much of the current portfolio is in the engineering phase and includes EPC work. The person will oversee approximately 2-3 Portfolio Managers and roughly 15 Project Managers rather than directly managing individual project coordinators. The successful candidate needs to operate comfortably at the program and portfolio level, maintain a strong client relationship with OPG, provide leadership and direction to the project management organization, and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Skills and Requirements Minimum 10 years of project leadership/project management experience, with 15+ years preferred Experience leading complex projects/programs at a senior level Previous nuclear project experience Understanding of the standards, regulations and requirements associated with project delivery in the nuclear environment Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience leading Project Managers and/or Portfolio Managers Strong client-facing experience and ability to interface effectively with OPG and other senior stakeholders Strong leadership presence with the ability to remain calm and composed while managing multiple priorities Ability to operate at a high level, delegate effectively and avoid getting unnecessarily pulled into individual project details OPG security clearance MBA or similar management/leadership education We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
