Job Description Why this role exists We are building capability in formwork on all concrete - not general civil. We are looking for someone who understands how concrete structures are built, not just how they are scheduled. **Travel will be frequent. The Role You will lead or support delivery of: Water retaining structures Bridges LRT platforms Transit structures With a focus on: Formwork systems Discuss formwork strategy on all self perform projects Formwork evaluation and selection Concrete sequencing and execution Field-driven constructability Oversee formwork scope on multiple projects Train and mentor field foreman and superintendents Inform division leaders on overall formwork progress and risk profile This is a hands-on technical leadership role , not a coordination role. What Sets This Role Apart This is not a traditional PM/Super role. We are specifically looking for someone who: Has personally been involved in formwork and concrete assembly in the field Can walk a site and immediately identify sequencing risks Understands how structures actually go together under real constraints
