Are you ready help run our concession stands for the next Blue Bomber game. We are looking for leaders to help train and coach in all our concession stands on game days. A Concessions kitchen supervisor oversees event-based kitchen operations, food preparation, and staff supervision. They ensure high-volume, short-order meals are produced efficiently while enforcing strict food safety standards. This role bridges the gap between front of house staff and frontline cooks, guaranteeing fast, high-quality service during high-traffic periods What you will do: Assist with all venue concessions operations before, during games and major events. Duties include staff supervision, equipment inspection and troubleshooting, guest complaint resolution, training, food production, clean-up, Cover any open position to assure location is fully operational and company standards pertaining to speed of service and guest satisfaction are met. Provide direction and oversight to Concession Cooks. Ensure that all Winnipeg Football Club policies, procedures and practices are adhered to, including compliance with food handling / sanitation guidelines, general safety policies and procedures. Train and follow up on all back of house staff. Ensure quality of products. Responsible for opening and closing the building according to expectations of the management team. Oversee setting up and breaking down of work stations. Oversee the sanitation of work stations including floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, equipment and utensils. Oversee the cooking and preparation of food items for the day according to recipes and brand requirements. Responsible for ensuring all recipes are followed Requirements 2+ years cooking experience. Excellent guest service skills. Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. A valid Food Handler’s Certificate. Ability to work in fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to work extended hours (i.e. evenings, weekends, and holidays), as frequently required by event or business necessity. Frequent walking, throughout entire facility, for entire length of shift. Constant standing, bending, reaching, lifting and repetitive motions.
