Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts. Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and financial reporting. Support the maintenance of general ledger records and accounting schedules. Prepare and review supporting documentation for financial transactions. Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and reporting requirements. Banking & Cash Management Process daily cash receipts and payment postings. Prepare bank deposits and occasionally attend the bank as required. Reconcile cash activity between bank accounts and accounting records. Accounts Payable Support Assist with vendor inquiries and account reconciliations. Administrative Support Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
