Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Compound Driver Location: Montreal, QC Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compound Driver to join our team in Montreal, QC within our compound/yard safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has strong driving skills, and takes pride in maintaining order and safety. Key Responsibilities: Safely move vehicles within the compound, yard, or designated areas Park and organize vehicles according to company standards Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the compound Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Keep accurate records of vehicle movements if needed Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred) Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
