We are seeking a Community Relations Manager who brings energy, warmth, and a consultative approach to supporting seniors and their families through an important life transition. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, understands sales, and knows how to build trust quickly.
The Role
As the Community Relations Manager, you will lead the full journey from first inquiry to move-in. You will be the face of the community, creating exceptional first impressions, delivering engaging tours, and building lasting relationships with residents, families, and referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inquiries into move-ins through a relationship-driven sales approach
Conduct personalized tours that showcase the lifestyle and value of the community
Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, local organizations, and referral sources
Develop outreach strategies to increase community awareness and occupancy
Maintain consistent and thoughtful follow-up with prospects and families
Track leads and manage your pipeline through CRM systems
Collaborate with the leadership team to support occupancy and community goals
Participate in events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives
What You Bring
Experience in sales, business development, or community relations, ideally within retirement, healthcare, or hospitality
A genuine passion for working with seniors and their families
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
A consultative, relationship-focused sales style
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working in a target-driven environment
Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
