What we offer: Weekday daytime work for better work-life balance A workplace recognized as one of the best in Canada (Great Place to Work certification) Employee assistance program, health and wellness programs, comprehensive insurance coverage, and financial support for job-related education Career development supported by a professional development plan Access to a share purchase plan and profit-sharing plan from day one Flexible benefits tailored to your needs: flexible insurance plan, telemedicine, and more Your future duties and responsibilities: -Provide writing, editorial, and communication support to various departments (internal clients) for operational projects (client communications: documents, client notices, briefs, presentations, etc.) -Coordinate all stages of communication projects (design, writing, approval, translation, production/layout, delivery, etc.) – turnkey projects -Write and revise administrative, operational, and marketing content in both French and English and support the implementation of communication materials -Participate in the development and execution of communication plans and help build strategies based on best practices -Participate in or facilitate various communication committees (internal and partner committees) -Coordinate the review and translation of communications and documents produced by other departments for external clients (training manuals, online help, release notes, forms, phone messages, etc.) -Format and design certain documents (PowerPoint presentations, training manuals in Word, etc.) and ensure compliance with established standards (templates), under the manager’s guidance Required qualifications to be successful in this role: -Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field -Three (3) years of experience in a similar role -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Excellent writing and translation skills -Demonstrates creativity and attention to detail -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Strong time management and organizational skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English -General knowledge of layout and design software (an asset) -Knowledge of Agile development methodology (an asset) -Comfort with AI tools and their use in a professional communications context (an asset) CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
