Responsibilities: Lead and manage all existing internal communication channels; Adapt and implement regional projects in the field of internal communications and employee engagement; Write and distribute email communications, organizational announcements, interviews and reports in Russian, English and Kazakh for publication on the corporate communication channels in accordance with corporate policies; Update content and documents on corporate intranet and channels of communication; Manage corporate intranet; In cooperation with agencies or independently create screensavers, banners, collages, posters, illustrations and other graphic elements to accompany publications in the corporate portals, bulletin boards and other internal communication channels, as well as draw illustrations; Provide communication and organizational support for employee engagement projects (employee meetings, annual business conferences, holiday celebrations, offsite meetings with employees, teambuildings and etc.); Organize and conduct quarterly employee townhalls; Support to local Reward & Recognition programs across Central Asia market and effectively bring them to life in partnership with HRBPs and SDT field teams; Drive communications of annual employee survey and mandatory trainings completion action planning across the market; Leverage sports movement and engagement activities across the market (communications, running challenges, corporate relays, work-outs, reading club, English club and etc.); Create a content and activities to support corporate values (The One PepsiCo Way and others); Create the content for panel discussions, workshops, scripts to meet C&E agenda (meet-ups, conferences, leadership forums, video production, etc); Partial support of CSR projects; Support employer branding activities partnering with the employer brand team and HR if needed. Requirements: Education: university degree; Experience in employee communications sphere: 2+ years in FMCG preferable; Analytical skills – able to interpret data and find meaningful insights that can be addressed; Good knowledge of both written and spoken Russian, Kazakh and English languages; Strong writing skills in all of the three languages; Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills; Strong project management capability; Strong organizational and process administration skills – able to ensure key milestones are met and be able to foresee challenges before they occur; Discipline and rigor to ensure processes are followed; Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude; Readiness to be based on our production site 1-2 days a week.
