Responsibilities Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair commercial tires Inspect tires and vehicles to identify service requirements Perform tire maintenance, including inflation checks, tread inspections, and condition assessments Provide fleet, roadside, and off-site tire service as required Operate tire service equipment safely and effectively Communicate completed work and maintenance recommendations to customers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times Requirements Commercial tire or automotive experience is an asset, but not required Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Team-oriented with a safety-first approach Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Starting wage: $23.95 per hour, with clear progression Health, dental, and vision benefits Employee Assistance Program RRSP and DPSP matching program Employee discounts on tires and services Ongoing training and development A stable, team-focused environment with opportunities to grow Store Details Location: Abbotsford, BC Hiring Process Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and may be invited for a guided tour of the store and service area.
