Manage all aspects of commercial litigation including research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation. 2. Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients in complex commercial disputes. 3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client service at all times. 4. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure successful case outcomes. 5. Stay updated with the latest legal developments and changes in laws applicable to commercial litigation. 6. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to practice law in the state. 3. 3- 5 years of experience in commercial litigation 4. Experience in federal and state court litigation. 5. Exceptional legal writing skills with an ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. 6. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of resolving complex legal disputes. 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 9. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and team members. 10.
