In this role, you'll service, repair, install, and maintain a variety of commercial foodservice and kitchen equipment for customers throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area. Whether your experience comes from appliance repair, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, industrial maintenance, or mechanical service, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial foodservice equipment and appliances• Service commercial cooking equipment, beverage systems, holding equipment, and related systems• Install and commission new equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs• Use diagnostic tools, meters, gauges, hand tools, and power tools to identify and resolve issues• Complete service reports and communicate effectively with customers and team members• Travel to customer locations to perform service work• Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training What We're Looking For • High School Diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of experience in equipment repair, appliance service, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical work, automotive diagnostics, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills• Ability to read and interpret technical information and service manuals• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Strong customer service and communication skills• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized• Ability to safely lift and move equipment and components Preferred Qualifications • Commercial kitchen or foodservice equipment experience• Refrigeration certification• Gas appliance experience• Electrical apprenticeship or journeyperson background• Previous field service experience Why Join Paramount Services Ltd.? • Competitive compensation• Paid technical and manufacturer training• Benefits package• Stable, long-term employment• Opportunities for advancement• Variety in your day with hands-on technical work• Supportive team environment• Work with leading commercial equipment brands At Paramount, we invest in our people and provide opportunities to build a long-term career in a specialized and growing industry.
