Job DescriptionJob Description Benefits: Free uniforms Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance JOB DESCRIPTION The Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at an assigned commercial building. RESPONSIBILITIES Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep/mop all hard floors Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required) Establish positive rapport with clients when possible Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies QUALIFICATIONS Valid, up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Police Check required Effective communication skills both written and verbal Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients Strong attention to detail Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings Works well independently and in a team environment Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires a high level of physical exertion Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required
