We are currently recruiting for Collision Repair Estimators across our Barrie, Aurora, and Keswick locations. What You'll Do Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates while identifying opportunities to generate collision repair business. Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the repair process. Prepare and explain repair estimates and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. Work closely with Collision Technicians to ensure repair plans are clearly communicated and repairs are completed efficiently and to quality standards. Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns when required. Contribute to monthly sales and performance objectives. Collaborate with team members, mentor apprentices where appropriate, and assist with problem-solving. Participate in team meetings, company initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Support the Operations Manager in implementing new processes and attend ongoing training to enhance performance. Assist and provide coverage for the Repair Planner role as required. What You'll Bring Previous collision repair estimating experience is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships and generate business. Ability to work independently while adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
