Job DescriptionJob Description Collections Representative Location: Mississauga, ON (In-office) Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year Benefits: Great benefits package We are seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our growing clienst Finance team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B collections experience and strong Intermediate excel. Key Responsibilities Contact B2B customers to collect overdue invoices and manage outstanding accounts. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies. Work with Sales and internal departments to resolve account issues. Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reporting. Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow. Provide excellent customer service while managing customer accounts. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections. Strong B2B collections experience is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Experience with third-party customer payment portals is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
