Job DescriptionJob Description Collections Coordinator & Accountant (Remote) Schedule: Full-Time | US Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $3,500–$4,000 USD/month About Snap Dental Labs Snap Dental Labs is a U.S.-based dental laboratory specializing in high-quality crowns, bridges, and implant restorations for dental practices across the United States. About the Role We are seeking a Collections Coordinator & Accountant to own our accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, and bookkeeping functions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients regarding outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities Manage collections through phone and email follow-ups on overdue accounts. Resolve billing inquiries, payment issues, and invoice disputes. Generate invoices and apply incoming payments accurately. Monitor accounts receivable aging and maintain collection records. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Categorize expenses and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare weekly collections reports and assist with month-end financial reporting. Qualifications Required 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, or Accounting experience supporting U.S.-based clients. Direct collections experience. Strong understanding of accounting processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience using accounting and invoicing software. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Availability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup. Preferred Dental, healthcare, or medical billing experience. ACH payment processing or merchant account reconciliation experience.
