RWDI’s Guelph office is currently accepting applications for the position of a four- or eight- month , Service Desk Support Co-op beginning September, 2026. Key Responsibilities Students are provided with the opportunity to: Work with the latest and greatest technology Provide Level 1 phone support. Respond to emails, voice mails, and walk-in customers Act as the single point of contact to resolve end user incidents and service requests Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop issues Manage user accounts and permissions Work in a dynamic and busy environment, that provides new experiences every day Develop customer relations skills Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Background and qualifications should include: Solid understanding of computer hardware and software applications Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects Basic knowledge of networking, cabling, LAN technologies Hands-On experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016 Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-service focused Good organizational and coordination skills Additional Information Application Requirements : Resume Copy of academic transcripts Salary : Commensurate with experience.
