We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised CCA ( Co-Curricular Activities) & Accreditation Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating co-curricular activities, liaising with teachers and parents, and supporting the school’s accreditation processes. The CCA & Accreditation Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders to ensure the effective planning, coordination and delivery of co-curricular activities, as well as the smooth management of accreditation requirements. Schedule staff effectively for smooth running of the CCA program. Identify and engage external providers to enhance CCA provision, ensuring they meet safeguarding and contractual responsibilities. Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Director of Sport regarding scheduling and availability of facilities. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for the CCA program. Advertise and market the CCA program to parents and pupils in coordination with the marketing department. Create high-quality presentation materials (brochures, presentations, promotional videos) regarding CCAs. Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders. Manage the program budget according to priorities. Monitor and evaluate the quality of CCAs, including observing, tracking attendance, and gathering stakeholder feedback. Maintain accurate records related to CCAs, including pupil participation rates and attendance figures. Support the planning, coordination, and submission of documentation required for school accreditations (e.g. CIS, COBIS, FOBISIA, IB), including coordinating accreditation visits and timelines. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Senior Leadership Team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in administration, project coordination, education, or a similar role, preferably within an international environment. Fluent English, Kazakh, and Russian (spoken and written). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Meet, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
