Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a leading wealth management technology team supporting critical Canadian and U.S. Wealth Management applications. This individual will be responsible for production support, troubleshooting, application maintenance, infrastructure coordination, and ensuring high availability of business-critical systems. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of application production support experience, including troubleshooting issues, root cause analysis, and long-term problem resolution. Strong experience with SQL Server, Sybase, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, JavaScript, XML, and HTML. Experience supporting Windows Server, Linux environments, VMs, and cloud platforms such as Azure or PCF. Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST APIs, WCF, and Web Services. Experience with ETL, SSIS, DataStage, Reporting Services, and batch/backend job support. Ability to work cross-functionally with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams. Experience with DB2, AIX, Elastic Search, and Kibana. Exposure to RPA, Ansible, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint administration. Experience supporting Wealth Management or Financial Services applications. Strong communication and documentation skills.
