Job DescriptionJob Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets. Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections using measuring instruments. Make program adjustments and tool offset changes as required. Monitor machine performance and maintain production targets. Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company quality and safety procedures. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of CNC milling experience. Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, and cutting parameters. Ability to read blueprints and GD&T. Experience using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other measuring tools. Ability to perform machine setups independently. Knowledge of Fanuc or similar CNC controls is an asset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
