Adecco is seeking CNC Machine Operators for exciting roles at a local client in Garland, TX. This is a great chance to gain valuable experience and grow your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Weekly pay starts at $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities: + Set up and operate a variety of equipment, including laser cutting machines, thermoforms, and press brakes + Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency + Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or specifications + Perform basic troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues + Support material handling, including loading and unloading products + Ensure finished parts meet quality standards + Assist in keeping the production area clean, safe, and organized Requirements: + 3+ years of experience operating manufacturing machinery + Hands-on approach with the flexibility to support production needs, including machine operation, layout, and material movement + Experience programming CNC mills and lathes (Haas and Leadwell preferred) + Ability to support machine setups and contribute to improving run time efficiency + Willingness to assist with shop scheduling, including machine allocation and production timing + Openness to learning and programming additional machines with provided training + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed We have opportunities available on a variety of schedules and we can discuss those further into the recruiting process **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
