We are looking for a motivated and proactive CNBG Service Solution Manager to join our team in Almaty. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to clarify technical and business requirements Support the preparation and presentation of service solutions Work closely with internal technical teams and customers Analyze customer needs and assist in providing suitable telecom solutions Maintain professional communication in English with partners and clients Support project coordination and follow-up processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field Fresh graduates are preferred; with relevant experience - advantage Basic knowledge of telecom carrier business Understanding of Wireless, IP, and Core Network technologies Ability to understand customer requirements and support solution design Good communication and presentation skills English proficiency (written and spoken) is required Responsible, fast learner, and team-oriented personality What we provide: Health Insurance Paid Mobile Network We offer performance-based bonuses Access to training programs, certifications, and career development opportunities to continue growing within your role and industry.
