Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring Cloud Infrastructure Lead Engineer (.NET) - hybrid (3 days onsite) for a Contract position in Montreal, Canada
Role Overview
As a hands-on Senior Engineer in the End User Content Solutions (EUCS) team, you will be deeply involved in design, implementation, and Level 3 support. You will collaborate with the Product Owner, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable SaaS integrations and to execute a forward-looking platform roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Support cloud-based tooling and services, including SaaS application onboarding, integration solution design, tooling development, documentation, production support, and on-call escalation.
Improve platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Act as the escalation point for complex production issues and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with risk, security, change management, and operational standards.
Participate in an engineering on-call rotation (approximately one week every eight weeks) to support production platforms.
Required Skills
8+ years of application development experience with .NET and C#.
Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, and Microsoft 365 with a focus on onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation.
Strong experience with enterprise authentication and identity integrations, including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies
Estimated Pay Range: 70-85/hr
