The CLM GTM Director will develop and execute a strategy to grow Spaulding Ridge’sContract Lifecycle Management (CLM)business in North America with enterprise-level clients. TheGTM Director is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business byidentifyingkey plays that will increase bookings, maximize our cross-selling capabilities, and deepen client relationships. WhatYou’llDo: Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $3M+ annually Lead the end-to-end sales process, driving pipeline generation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy forDocusign, Ironclad, andAgiloft Identify, develop, and prioritizeCLM market offerings that fit enterprise client needs Develop and execute account plans for enterprise clients, focusing on long-term growth and partnership Oversee and leadDocusign, Ironclad, andAgiloft sales pipelinesand align with revenue targets for Contract Lifecycle Management service line Identifycross-selling opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts Engage with delivery teams to scope and develop compelling solutions for services engagements Execute market activities, events, relationshipdevelopmentand thought leadership to drive awareness and sales pipeline Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex client environments and associated challenges, providing high-value solutions that align with strategic goals Provide thought leadership by authoring white papers hosting local events, and driving unique solutions WhatYou’llBring: Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment Experienced selling to enterprise-level clients Proven business development skills with ability toattainsales targets from alliances and/or originations Deep functional and/or technical understanding ofDocusign, Ironclad, orAgiloft cloud-based solutions Strong business operations skills (e.g.developing a forecast and business plan / forecast, managing towards margin andutilizationgoals) Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, salesexecutivesand solution architects Existing knowledge of and relationships within theDocusign, Ironclad, or Agiloft channels Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessions Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively engage withCxOsand senior decision makers Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience Spaulding Ridge’s Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace When we engage the expertise, insights, and creativity of people from all walks of life, we become a better organization, we deliver superior services to clients, and we transform our communities and world for the better.
