Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Services Associate to join a collaborative professional services team in Winnipeg. This role is well suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys providing high-quality client support within a service-driven setting. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is motivated to grow within a client services or financial services environment and contribute to a team focused on delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming client inquiries and determine appropriate next steps or escalation where required. Provide proactive support in resolving client requests, issues, and service needs in a timely manner. Process and manage new business submissions, including application completion and documentation accuracy. Prepare and organize client files, meeting materials, and supporting documentation in advance of appointments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, databases, and administrative tracking systems. Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely follow-up to support completion of tasks and commitments. Track client updates, including life events and account changes, ensuring records remain current. Support general administrative functions and assist with ongoing operational and client service activities. Requirements Hold or be actively pursuing full licensing, including a valid MFDA/AMF or RR (IIROC/CIRO) license and Insurance License. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 1–3+ years of experience in client service, administrative support, or financial services-related roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Rewards Salary in the range of $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and licensing status.
