The Role
We are looking for someone who can handle client conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism. Client chat support is fast-paced, and it requires someone who can stay focused while managing multiple conversations at once.
What You Will Be Doing
Responding to client messages through chat in a timely and professional manner
Handling multiple conversations while maintaining quality and accuracy
Assisting with general inquiries, account questions, and basic troubleshooting
Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
Keeping clear and accurate records of all interactions
Maintaining a calm and consistent tone, even during high-volume periods
What We Look For
Strong written communication that feels natural and clear
Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
Good judgment when responding to client concerns
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience in customer support helps, but consistency and reliability matter more
