Job Description : Job Overview: Alpine Building Maintenance is looking for Cleaners for an immediate position located within the GTA area. Duties and Responsibilities: · Must be knowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnishing of floors · Clean assigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor surfaces in assigned areas by use of mechanized cleaning equipment wherever required · Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis · Operate carpet machines of various types · Spot clean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, doors, and window sills · Wipe and sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and door handles · Food Court experience a plus · Cleaning of washrooms, sanitizing, mopping, restocking of supplies as needed · Follow pre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working environment · Other duties and responsibilities as required Required Skills/Abilities: · Previous cleaning/janitorial experience an asset · Must be able to lift 40lbs plus on a regular basis · Must be able to communicate in English · Reliable · Legally allowed to work in Canada · Must live in the GTA How to Apply Send Your Resume To: Phil Adams Email: padams@domuscleaning.com Phone Number : 613-741-7722
