SHIFT: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PAY: $20 (Room grow within the company) Industrial Building Maintenance Technician: We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Industrial Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: Perform industrial cleaning and housekeeping. Complete general building maintenance and minor mechanical repairs. Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment. Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep. Identify and resolve maintenance issues. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: Forklift certification or willingness to obtain. Experience in industrial maintenance, housekeeping, or manufacturing. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools. Able to perform physically demanding work. Reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
