Requirements: Valid Class 1 license Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters) At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience Included in the 2 years Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area MUST BE Fluent in English (read, write, speak) - this is a US Mandate Willing to travel across Canada & U.S. for 5-7 days Reefer experience required; meat inspection an asset Clean abstract (zero moving violations, <5 demerits) FAST CARDS - are required but XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay: $0.59/mile (U.S.), $0.54/mile (Canada) Paid weekly + paid training 100% company-paid benefits (start day one) RRSP match after 3 months Discounts with Telus, Mark’s, GoodLife Fitness New trucks (fleet renewed every 2-3 years) Why XTL?
