Knappett Industries is currently seeking a Class 1 Gravel Truck and Low Bed Driver to join our team and support ongoing projects in the Comox Valley, BC. Requirements:
In depth knowledge of loading and transporting heavy equipment with tandem tractor lowbed and dump gravel hauling
Positive attitude and works well with others
Professional demeanour when dealing with the public
Able to work outside in all-weather at all times of the year
Physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds or more
Assets:
Recent working experience in similar role
5 years+ experience
This position is compensated at an hourly rate plus LOA for our of town employees. Compensation will be determined by the successful applicant’s level of training and experience. Submissions will be reviewed and only short-listed applicants will be contacted for interviews.
