The Opportunity
Innovate and Lead
- Join our Aviation team as a
Civil
Project Engineer
and help deliver some of Canada's most critical airport infrastructure projects. From runways and taxiways to airfield lighting and de-icing facilities, you'll contribute to every stage of project development-concept through construction-while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
Your Impact
Coordinate conceptual, functional, and detailed design phases for airport infrastructure projects.
Develop and review technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
Prepare engineering drawings, design reports, and presentation materials.
Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, supporting communication and issue resolution.
Support quality assurance and quality control processes across design deliverables.
Contribute to proposal preparation, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.
Analyze project schedules to track milestones and critical path activities.
Perform field reviews and attend project sites to support design and construction activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligible for registration in Ontario.
5+ years of engineering experience in Canada, ideally in aviation, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with TP312 5th Edition, ICAO, or FAA standards is an asset.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with project scheduling or modeling tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work collaboratively.
Willingness to travel to project/client sites as needed.

$89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON:
$81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$81,100 - $107,700
