RoleOverview
We are seeking experienced Interim Chief Restructuring Officers (CROs) to support industrial and manufacturing organizations facing operational or financial challenges. With a proven track record in turnaround situations, these leaders combine financial restructuring and deep operational expertise to rapidly assess complex environments, stabilize performance, and deliver pragmatic, results-driven transformation plans.
KeyResponsibilities
Lead end-to-end restructuring initiatives across manufacturing and industrial operations
Diagnoseoperationalandfinancialperformance,identifyingrootcausesofunderperformance
Developandexecuteturnaroundplansfocusedonprofitability,cashflow,andoperationalefficiency
Optimizecoststructures,productionprocesses,andsupplychainperformance
Improveworkingcapitalmanagement,includinginventory,procurement,andreceivables
ImplementperformancemanagementframeworksandKPIsatplantandgrouplevel
Supportstrategicdecisionssuchassiterationalization,footprintoptimization,ordivestitures
Workcloselywithleadershipteams,boards,andstakeholderstoalignonrestructuringpriorities
Strengthenoperationaldisciplineacrossproduction,quality,andmaintenancefunctions
Leadchangemanagementinitiativestoensureexecutionandadoptionontheground
Coordinatewithfinancialandlegaladvisorswhenrequiredinrestructuringorspecialsituations
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a CEO, General Manager, or equivalent executive role
Proventrackrecordleadingorganizationsthroughrestructuring,turnaround,ortransformationsituations
Strongbackgroundinindustrialormanufacturingenvironments(multi-site,plantoperations,supplychain)
Deepexpertiseincostoptimization,operationalefficiency,andcashmanagement
Abilitytooperatehands-onincomplex,high-pressureenvironments
Strongleadershipandstakeholdermanagementskills,includingboard-levelexposure
Experienceinspecialsituations(distressedassets,carve-outs,rapidtransformation)isaplus
MBA,CPA,orrelevantadvanceddegreepreferred
