The Negotiation Expert (negotiations.com) is a leading provider of global online corporate negotiation training, driven by our proprietary Negotiation Simulation Game Platform. Our client base is entirely global, in the European Union, Switzerland, and the United States. Our internal software development and operational teams are distributed across multiple countries. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly capable, independent, and proactive Senior Accountant to establish and manage our corporate framework in Kazakhstan. Your first mission will be to handle the end-to-end registration of our entity within the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) and secure our 0% tax status via the Astana Hub tech ecosystem (IT route). Following registration, you will take full ownership of our ongoing corporate accounting and regulatory reporting. The owner is currently in Almaty, has an IIN, local phone number and personal bank account with BCC. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Company Setup: Drive the initial incorporation process through the AIFC Digital Resident Portal, including sourcing and registering an affordable Astana office address, and execute the subsequent application for Astana Hub Participant Status. Astana Hub Compliance: Handle the specialized quarterly reporting and monitoring required by the Astana Hub Autonomous Cluster Fund. Ensure the accurate calculation and payment of the 1% quarterly revenue monitoring fee. Tax Optimization Guardrails: Continuously monitor and audit our corporate revenue streams to guarantee strict compliance with the Astana Hub requirement that at least 90% of aggregate income originates from approved digital priority activities. International Invoicing & Forex Control: Oversee inbound revenue (USD) from foreign enterprise clients. Daily Financial Operations: Manage legal statutory filings for the entity, full-cycle corporate accounting, and bank reconciliations. Requirements: Specialized Experience: Proven, verifiable track record of registering and managing companies within the AIFC (Astana International Financial Center) and Astana Hub . Applications without this specific exposure will not be considered. Language Skills: Professional, fluent command of English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite. You will report directly to the foreign English-speaking owner and manage all business communication in English. The company owner is an Accountant. Regulatory Expertise: Understanding of Kazakhstan’s currency control laws, export monitoring regulations, and tax treaties.
