Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the CEO of HelloFresh Canada, you will be a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team within the Canadian business.
Under the guidance of the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, identify and prioritise what needs to be built to set our Canadian organisation up for long-term success. Drive decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Work across the organization both in the Canadian market and globally (specifically aligning with the North American platform) to clarify strategic information cascades, optimise cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our organisational design supports scale.
Organise and execute quarterly and annual strategic and business planning for the Canadian organisation, including leading the Canadian OKR process and supporting the CEO throughout the bi-annual budgeting process.
Oversee critical corporate infrastructure, office footprint strategy, and real estate procurement; establish governance and cross-functional accountability for major capital and construction projects.
Act as Chair for the Canadian Broader Leadership Team (BLT), organising and leading regular meetings and driving the Canadian leadership agenda.
Review, design, and execute improvements to organisational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
Improve existing processes and optimise organisational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a highly analytical equivalent field.
7+ years experience working within and scaling a fast-growth business or consultancy in a progressively senior role, up to the management or director level.
An exceptional analyst and systems thinker: proficient in leveraging data architectures, workflow mapping, and process improvement frameworks to build compelling, data‑driven answers.
You are a highly adaptable, empathetic individual who enjoys working in a fast‑moving, uncertain environment.
You lead by example in your organisation, where you are admired and respected.
You have a demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders in developing and executing strategies to drive business performance for a range of business units.

Work Environment

Location and Salary: Toronto, ON – Pay Range: $150,000 — $160,000 CAD.
