You'll oversee complex industrial processing equipment, develop preventative maintenance strategies, and mentor skilled engineering professionals. What You'll Accomplish Leadership & Operations Lead and develop a skilled engineering team through hands-on mentorship Design comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability Partner with production and service teams to optimize plant-wide operations Manage strategic spare parts inventory while controlling costs Technical Excellence Master complex systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, and boilers Troubleshoot sophisticated electrical systems and 3-phase 230V configurations Program and maintain PLCs for optimal equipment performance Ensure rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications 5+ years maintenance engineering experience with industrial machinery Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly 3-phase systems PLC programming proficiency with real-world application Experience in welding, carpentry, boiler systems, and facility maintenance Valid driver's license with clean driving record Key Competencies Proven ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation Natural team builder who inspires excellence in others Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Commitment to continuous learning and industry best practices Education & Physical Requirements Relevant certifications (boiler operations, PLC programming) may be required Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate industrial equipment Work in dynamic industrial environment with varying conditions Why Choose Alsco Uniforms?
