Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts Manage tax reporting and compliance Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation Monitor compliance with Sarens financial policies and internal controls Supervise and guide the accounting team Ensure proper cost allocation and support project accounting activities Maintain communication with headquarters and ensure group reporting requirements are met Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, including supervisory role Experience in multinational companies is an advantage Proficiency in ERP systems (1С) and Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Languages English, Russian /Kazakh It is also important that candidates: Have worked for the same company for at least 4 years; Have a stable employment history and have not changed jobs too frequently; Have previous experience working for international companies; Understand the difference between local reporting requirements in Kazakhstan and reporting to foreign shareholders.
