ESS Defence delivers the best hospitality and support services to Defence sites across Australia. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Chef to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. This role is suited to a chef who enjoys bulk cooking, supporting lunch and dinner service, and working within a structured and supportive environment. Role Location: RAAF Williamtown, NSW Your responsibilities will include: Preparing high quality buffet style meals for lunch, dinner and functions Maintaining food safety, OH&S and HACCP standards Supporting stock control, inventory management and kitchen organisation Delivering consistent quality, presentation and service Working as part of a small team to meet daily service requirements What we’re looking for: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience in commercial kitchens with bulk cooking and a la carte service Sound knowledge of HACCP, allergen management and food safety Passion for quality food, presentation and teamwork Reliable, organised and safety focused approach Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance Why join us?
