We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to lead commercial and shopper activation strategies for Traditional Trade channel. The role involves designing and executing marketing strategies, customer loyalty programs, and shopper-focused campaigns to drive sustainable growth, market share, and revenue. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive shopper awareness, and influence purchasing behavior Build long-term partnerships with customers by proposing tailored solutions and plans that align with their business objectives. Develop and implement customer activation plans, such as promotions and loyalty programs, to improve sales and brand presence Lead the development and execution of Picture of Success (PICOS), including customer segmentation, planograms, and in-store merchandising standards Increase in-store visibility and ensure optimal shelf share for all brands through effective trade marketing initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute channel strategies and ensure alignment with broader business goals Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competition dynamics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks Develop and execute channel-specific initiatives to support new product launches Monitor execution quality metrics and ensure consistent application of PICOS guidelines Create and deliver training programs for sales and trade teams to build channel execution capabilities Track and measure performance across key trade marketing activities, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Conduct post-activity evaluations to assess ROI and optimize future campaigns Qualifications: Proven experience in channel, shopper marketing or Revenue Growth Management within FMCG Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent collaboration and leadership skills Knowledge of revenue growth management and commercial excellence practices
