Job Description Change Manager Role Overview The role will support business readiness and change adoption across multiple site deployments, working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and operational leaders. This is an initial one-year contract with the possibility of extension. Requirements: Strong change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, and adoption support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility with operational leaders and frontline teams. Experience supporting multi-site project or technology implementations. Willingness and ability to travel to various locations as required. Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders.
